0.8 mm shrimp feed pellet made by IDAH Pellet Mill. In the last 3 years, we are actively commencing trials on producing crumble feed substitutes by utilizing pellet die with 0.8 mm hole size. Trials in our customer site showed satisfactory results and they are already continuing to produce this small-size shrimp feed. Now, we are happy to officially introduce this pellet die to the market.

We are ready for the commissioning of the floating fish feed plant in Egypt. With the support of our customer and representative in Egypt, we have finished the installation of this feed extrusion plant with main machines including vertical pulverizer ZP-150, ContraTwin extruder EP-156DF, horizontal dryer CD-2508H, and rotary drum coater MR-1004.

In order to support provide a balanced and stable feeding for the farmed fish, many producers have shifted to manufactured pellets. In the first quarter of 2021, our customer has started building this factory, intended for producing 5 tons floating fish feed every hour. We are proud to be a part of this project by providing building design, machinery, and technical guidance with the help of our local representative.
