Pre-Shipment Commissioning of Extruder for Texturized Vegetable Protein (TVP)
IDAH engineering team has just finished the in-house commissioning of the co-rotating twin-screw extruder (Model: EP-50D). This extruder will be shipped to our customer in South Korea for the production of TVP. Using this extruder, our customer also planned to do some research regarding the High Moisture Meat Analogue (HMMA) in the future.
