Process description for Premix and Concentrates

There are two processes in the production of premix: weighing system and mixing system. IDAH understand that ingredients characteristic such as bulk density, adhesion, hygroscopicity, plays a role in the effectiveness of the dosing and mixing process. Whether your ingredients come in solid, liquid, or paste form, IDAH will help you to determine the suitable size of the weighing and mixing equipment.

Weighing system IDAH weighing and dosing system will feed the raw material by screw conveyors to enter the weighing hoppers equipped with precision loadcells to achieve the proportion of desired nutrient levels. An accurate and reliable system for solid and liquid additives will prevent the loss of expensive raw materials.
Mixing system IDAH twin shaft mixers have improved with fine details to deliver and offer more features than ever: hygienic design with food-grade and optional load cell incorporated. Paddle design ensures high mixing action with uniform and homogenous distribution of essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals in the pellet mixture. During the mixing process, other sources like liquid and oil are added and mixed.

Features and Benefits of IDAH Process Design and Equipment

IDAH firmly believes in a strategy of design fit for purpose. We recognize the constraints our customers face with rising ingredient costs, energy costs, and overheads costs, yet in the face of these challenges, it is still expected that high-quality products be supplied into a very competitive market. Our design philosophy is to work continuously to refine and improve processes and equipment to maximize the success of our customers. The following describes some of the features and benefits resulting from this philosophy.

Rugged 24/7 Design

We design our equipment for continuous operations and fulfill the expectation for minimal downtime. Our mission is to see our equipment still working years after installation, with only maintenance required being routine maintenance caused by normal fair wear and tear.
