experience on new technology and equipment development to how to achieve
optimum quality of shrimp feed.

High moisture shrimp pelleted feed system
In recent years, Idah came up with high moisture pelleting technology. Applying the newest PM-53F pelleting, will increase the moisture of the material and increasing the quality of the feed by adding a glossy appearance, increase water stability, gelatinization degree, in order to keep improving our service. Many customers have given us feedback that the effect of this technology is very significant, their production capacity increased by 10~15%. -
Contra twin extrusion system
In Asia, the Idah extrusion system is the only one that independently developed, and even awarded with the US patent. The reason is that we have had 20 years of experience in the extrusion research center, which focused on feed production. We have managed to increase the production efficiency of sinking fish feed, slow sinking, and fast sinking feed by 10~20%. the moisture during operation can be reduced by 3~5%, to lower the dryer cost, feed pellet has a uniform and good appearance, good kneading properties, increase the flexibility of the material selection.
