Fish Feed

This well-known feed company in Thailand has 2 factorys both in Saraburi and Phetchaburi. These 2 factories inlude 6 floating fish feed lines, 4 shrimp feed lines, 5 poultry feed lines and 1 pet food line.

In the first quarter of 2021, our customer has started building this factory, intended for producing 5 tons floating fish feed every hour. We are proud to be a part of this project by providing building design, machinery, and technical guidance with the help of our local representative.

Model: EP-218 Machine: Single screw extruder Motor: 400HP Screw size: 218 mm Capacity: 8~10 TPH floating feed (at 3.0 mm plate die size) What separates our EP-218 single screw extruder from the other: 1. Automatic bearing lubrication system, with interlock to the main motor. Ensures bearing is lubricated throughout the operation 2. Loss-in-weight live bin for precise addition of steam and water in the pre-conditioner and extruder barrel. 3. The implementation of the latest venturi technology to provide the most suitable pressure needed in the extruder outlet.

The new CDX-series horizontal dryer from IDAH. This dryer is designed with separate drying temperature zones. Each temperature zone is independently controlled for high efficient drying. With unique airflow from the top and from the bottom, provides uniform drying throughout all material layers.

One turnkey project for sinking fish feed plant in Saudi Arabia. Our client is one of the big in-land aquaculture operations in the world. We are proud to contribute to the progress of the aquaculture industry in Saudi Arabia. Our client purchased a turnkey extrusion line for producing 5 TPH sinking feed. All the steel structures, machinery, and control system are provided from Taiwan.
