Together, we can!
Process line and equipment optimization
An audit for the existing processing line is needed to review the necessity for machine refurbishing and improvement to optimize the production process. Process lines and equipment need to be fine-tuned after being installed for years to improve the efficiency or update for new configurations to keep up with the formulation change. Please call us if your plant hasn’t been audited in years!
Scheduled on-site services
Regular inspections are needed for operation safety and to keep your production systems working optimally and efficiently. Please call us for your process line maintenance with experienced engineer support. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
Plant management and duty training
- Manpower arrangement and training: whole plant maintenance sequence set up for weekly, monthly, and annually
- Monthly and annually Inventory checks for wear parts, raw material, and finished products
- Training set up for equipment's operations, maintenance, and cleaning
- Training set up for control panel operation
- Quality Control SOP design and training
- In extension to consultancy services, a day to day on-site plant management can be offered by experienced industry veterans.
Formulation know-how consultancy service
The tailor-made formulation for aquatic feeds and animal feeds for the local or export culturing and farming. This part of the service will cover researches such as availability of raw material (sources, prices, and available seasons), formulation designs for different prices, culture performances (the requirement for any diseases prevention), and climate changes. Farming sites will be visited for performance data collection. Aquatic species include shrimp, milkfish, tilapia, grouper, cat, fish, eels, sea bass, etc. Animal (livestock) species include pigs, ducks, and chickens.
Quality control training (feeds and raw material)
- Feeds: Methods of sample collection and analysis for moisture, protein content, fat content, fiber content, and ash content.
- Raw material: Methods of sample collection and physical check for fish meal, maize, cassava flour, shrimp shell meal, squid liver powder, squid liver paste, squid oil, fish oil, wheat flour, meat, and bone meal, poultry by-product meal, fish soluble paste, alpha starch, soy meal, soy flake, broken rice, peanut cake, sunflower cake, rapeseed cake, sesame cake, and coconut cake.

Equipment operation and maintenance training
Pellet mill with pre-conditioner
- Operation sequence from pre-start preparation, pellet die, and rollers distance adjustment, warming up, starting pellet mill, checking the mash material condition (temperature and moisture) after pre-conditioner, adjustment of the cutter to die surface distant, adjustment of pre-conditioner steam and water, and adjustment of the feeder.
- Observation on how changes of operation parameters will lead to changes in pellet quality (appearance and elasticity).
- Prevention techniques to prolong the life cycle of the wear parts from irregular wear on the die surface.
- Trouble-shooting skills and safety precautions will be discussed.
- Procedures after emergency shut down.
- Detailed maintenance sequence is taught step by step from lubrication, change of wear parts, and cleaning.
Extruder
- Operation sequence from pre-start preparation, cutter, and die assembly, warming up by injecting steam, starting extruder, adjustment of feed screws above differential diameter conditioner (DDC), adjustment of the DDC shafts speed for optimum retention time, checking mash material condition (temperature and moisture) after DDC, adjustment of the cutter distant, adjustment of DDC steam and water, and adjustment of the cutter speed.
- Observation on how changes of operation parameters will lead to changes of extrudate quality (appearance and elasticity).
- Trouble-shooting skills and safety precautions will be discussed.
- Procedures after emergency shut down.
- Detailed maintenance sequence is taught step by step from lubrication, change of wear parts, and cleaning.
Control panel
Sequence control discussed from material conveying to silo, silo selection control, ground control, mixing control, speed control on conditioners, dryer belt speed, and temperature control, fat coater adjustment control, crumbler control, and storage bin selection control, emergency shut down, and manual/auto-switching.
